Uncomfortable Situations
Why do we avoid uncomfortable situations and what do we lose by doing so?
Read more (LT)Hello! For many years I have been interested in human psychology and relationships between people.
I actively participate in the activities of the men's community "Gentys" (Tribes). I am a tribe facilitator.
Currently, I am studying Gestalt psychotherapy at the "Dialogas" institute. These studies have deepened my understanding of the human being and what happens inside.
I am a Gestalt psychotherapy practitioner. Every consultation is an opportunity for me to be with a person on their journey.
I believe in the healing effect of authentic relationships. I invite you to search for answers and discover yourself together.

Read more (LT)Gestalt psychotherapy is a humanistic approach focused on human growth and self-discovery. It is based on the "here and now" experience.
A holistic approach to the person – thoughts, emotions, body, and behavior.
Focus on current experience and what is happening in the present moment.
Encouragement to take responsibility for one's choices and life.
To understand your emotions is to understand yourself. Here we learn to recognize anger, sadness, fear, or joy, accept them, and most importantly, not suppress them. Together we look for ways emotions can become a guide, not an obstacle, in your life.
Eating often hides deeper feelings. If you struggle with emotional eating, overeating, or dissatisfaction with your body, I invite you to explore what emotions lie behind these habits and how to create a more peaceful relationship with food and yourself.
The modern pace often exhausts us. We analyze sources of stress at work or in personal life, learn to regain strength and avoid burnout. The goal is not just to "survive", but to find an oasis of peace in everyday life.
Loss touches deeply. It can be the death of a loved one, divorce, or even job loss. I provide a safe space to experience grief, anger, and emptiness, so you can gradually return to life with new strength.
What does it mean to be a man today? These are questions about fatherhood, partnership, emotional openness, and responsibility. Together we look for authentic masculinity, which is not about stereotypes, but about your true "self".
Healthy self-esteem starts with self-acceptance. We learn to say "no" without guilt, defend our needs, and draw healthy boundaries with others so you feel stronger in your life.
We get to know each other, discuss your needs and expectations. We create a safe space.
Regular 50-minute sessions. Frequency is discussed individually.
We explore your experience here and now. We work on what is relevant to you.
Together we raise questions and look for answers. You are at the center of the process.
Confidentiality: All information shared in sessions is strictly confidential and safe.
Consultations take place at Lvivo g. 38a, Vilnius or online.
